Winston Gooze is basically doing society’s least glamorous job. He’s been reduced to a glorified doormat, until a truly awful toxic accident with radioactive trash flips his entire life upside down. Suddenly, he’s The Toxic Avenger. And yes, “hero” comes with a lot of mess and even more bad decisions.
The premise is straightforward in the best way. Corruption is everywhere, corporate bosses are the problem, and Gooze decides that the cure for greed is… radioactive. Naturally, he also targets his former boss Bob Garbinger. Because revenge is more efficient when you already know who deserves it.
This is the kind of movie that doesn’t apologize for being over-the-top. It’s loud, nasty, and weirdly fun, with an unrated edge that keeps the grime turned up.

Winston Gooze macht nicht gerade Karriere. Er schrubbt als Fußabtreter-Downscale den Laden, bis ein katastrophaler Giftunfall mit radioaktivem Müll passiert. Boom. Aus dem Mann wird The Toxic Avenger, ein Held mit messbaren Nebenwirkungen und null Lust auf normale Regeln.
Die Story ist herrlich simpel: Korruption und Konzerngier sind überall, also nimmt Gooze die skrupellosen Bosse ins Visier. Besonders seinen früheren Chef Bob Garbinger, weil es halt leichter ist, Wut zu bündeln, wenn man weiß, gegen wen. Dazu gibt’s Action, die lieber laut als smart ist, und Humor, der sich nicht entschuldigt. Unrated bedeutet: mehr Chaos, weniger Filter. Wenn du B-Movie-Gelage mit bitterem Biss magst, ist das hier dein Snack.
